Q:  If I buy a course, will I have access to it forever?

A:  No.  Courses do expire.  Self-Service course are available for 90 days from the date of purchase and all other standard courses are available for 365 days from the date of purchase.  You can keep an eye on the expiry date in your assigned course list.  This is to ensure that we are always able to provide you with the most current content

 

Q:  How do I know what the courses will be like?

A:  Easy!  If you sign up, you’ll get a free introduction course.  You’ll be able to determine the style and pace of the course.  You can also check out some course preview videos on YouTube.

 

Q:  What currencies are our course in?

A:  All courses are currently for sale in US dollars.  Please make sure you are aware of the exchange rate for your native currency

 

Q:  I don’t have a credit card. Is there any other way I can buy a course?

A:  Sure there is. Contact your nearest Agilyx office and arrange for an invoice to be sent to you. On settlement of that invoice, we will issue you with a coupon code which can be used to access the course.

 

Q:  What type of course are available?

A:  Initially, we are offering Self Services courses, Introduction courses, Reporting courses and Beginner System Admin courses.  New courses will be released every month.

 

Q:  What type of course material is available?

A: Courses are made up mostly of demonstration videos.  Some courses do include additional material like Tips, Process Diagrams and Information Cards. 

 

Q:  Can I complete the course as much as I like?

A:  While the course is valid, you can complete the course as many times as you like.  You can even skip ahead or back to certain sections that interest you.  You can pause and replay videos – in fact, we encourage you to do so!

 

Q:  Who would typically benefit from this training?

A:  That depends on the job you do and how often you use Business World.  If you only use Business World to do timesheets and expense claims etc, you would benefit from the Self Service courses.  If you use Business World every day, in order to do your job, you would definitely benefit from completing the relevant courses. 

 

Q:  Do the courses cater for specific Jobs?

A:  Yes!  Check out the bundles to buy a set of courses at a reduced price for your particular role.

 

Q:  What do I need to use this Training Service?

A:   A suitable device eg Desktop computer or laptop

Internet connection and data plan

Internet browser such as Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox or Safari

Headphones to listen to the narrated videos (optional)

Access to a Business World training system (optional)

 

Q:  How are payments processed?

A:  Payments a processed using Stripe.  It's a great, secure and reliable internet payment service.  Remember that prices are in US Dollars!
